With broad sweeping changes to Mindstrong's mission and leadership team, and two years of minimal employee interaction and high turnover during the pandemic, the company was yearning for an in-person summit to form new connections. Sageworx led the programming and production of a 3-day summit -- both in person and virtual -- in Austin, TX, featuring keynote speakers, group workshops, improv training, evening entertainment and more.
Post-survey results indicated that 91% of attendees were very or extremely satisfied with the session content, and 95% felt very or extremely connected to the company, mission, each other, and their individual roles after attending Mindstrong Connect, up from 55% before the summit.
