How do you bring 17 distinct hotel brands and 3,800 properties to life in one trade show footprint? Marriott set out to answer that challenge with a scalable, immersive exhibit designed to meet the needs of both corporate event planners and business travelers alike.

The 45’ x 45’ booth wasn’t just a space—it was a brand experience. Designed for flexibility, the exhibit could scale down to 15x15 or reconfigure to 15x30 and 20x40 setups throughout the year, allowing Marriott to activate at multiple trade shows and events using one cohesive design system.

Within the footprint, attendees experienced Marriott International’s full portfolio of brands through curated touchpoints for each stay category—spanning luxury, lifestyle, extended stay, and business travel. Brands like Gaylord Hotels, Renaissance, Courtyard, and Residence Inn each had dedicated spaces that reflected their unique amenities, aesthetic, and personality, while still aligning to the broader Marriott story.

The result? A visually stunning, operationally smart booth that delivered a single message with impact: For every corporate planning need, Marriott offers a world of opportunities. The exhibit helped reposition Marriott from a collection of hotels to a unified meetings partner—one that offers more choice when it’s your first choice.
