SITUATION / GOALS: 

Before IBM/The Weather Company (TWC) wowed their viewers by using Mixed Reality during their broadcasts, they came to Foundry 45 to deliver an educational and entertaining immersive experience for their Atlanta and New York employee teams. 

THE RESULT:

Foundry 45 built a Virtual Reality (VR) experience, tying in gamification and interactive environments to create a VR edutainment solution. When employees from TWC put on a headset, they were transported into the center of a city square for a truly exceptional VR experience. By launching solar balls at the snow to keep it at bay and from taking over the entire scene, the gamified experience created some friendly competition along with camaraderie amongst the employees.
