Meet James Petrossi

Author, speaker, podcaster, transformational leader, and SGWX strategic partner.

James Petrossi founded his company, PTNL , with the mission of helping organizations realize their potential through consciousness-raising initiatives that improve well-being and performance.

Ever since he can remember, James had a vision of creating a more consciously connected world and a passion for transforming the workplace, people's lives, and how brands connect to consumers with purpose.

His insights into audience behaviors, motivators, and activators have been used for the past 25 years to develop communication, coaching, and cultural strategies for leading companies such as Mindstrong, Endeavor, Marriott-Starwood, Visa, AT&T, T-Mobile, Pernod Ricard, ABInBev, Campari, Under Armour, and Topgolf among many others.

A few highlights from James’ work:

James graduated from Fairfield University with a degree in organizational communications and psychology and began his career working alongside his father, developing marketing and sales strategies for Fortune 500 and emerging growth companies. Their training and development programs reached tens of thousands of professionals globally, integrating business and life-skills education.

Then, while working at boutique and prestigious ad agencies, he pioneered talent development and cultural initiatives while leading consumer insights, brand strategy, and creative ideation teams.

Today, he lives in Los Angeles, CA with his wife Samantha, and when he’s not creating cultural strategy and behavioral insights for SGWX, you’ll find him devoted to writing, speaking, hosting his own podcast and helping lead others to transform the workplace.
