Now the band is a Brand.

Thoughts become things. Great thoughts, great things. We set the bar high for Sageworx, we need great PEOPLE.

The very first creator to join the SGWX coalition this year was Lexi Stout. An incredibly well-rounded and deeply talented creative and design director. Lexi’s blessed with a rich creative upbringing and professional background, with many years working with top brands at top agencies and on her own. Lexi’s a powerhouse. And gotta say, she takes it home with impeccable finish, too. Few can think, develop and deliver independently, and Lexi’s process and craft is so flexible yet refined, she gave Pat and I more than we’d hoped for with our branding.

Working with Lexi to find the SGWX logo and look was a dream. Very thorough and thoughtful, Lexi works in a well-grooved process that leads you to multiple, smart outcomes based on the spirit of the brand. She’s a great listener, takes in all forms of your inspiration — serious and detailed or ethereal and aspirational, however you can share it. She likes both. And she asks hard questions of herself that lead to harmonic visual design ideas that flow, as they should. And getting there is a fun ride, as she always brings more than what’s expected to each meeting (no pressure, Lexi!), surprising you with developments that are fresh and on target.

As someone who imagined and reimagined what Sageworx would look like for a long time, I thought this would be a difficult feat.

To fall in love with the look, the shapes, the color (tough one! and she did some wicked smart tricks to get the color dialed in just right) — all speaking to our brand in intentional, thoughtful ways (it’s deep, believe me) — it’s so rewarding. And then to see her final* synthesis of the elements in one place, in this brand guide and across our docs, presentations, social channels, and now our website.

I couldn’t be happier, or more grateful. Pat, thanks for bringing Lexi to our team.
