Meet Dana Dojnik

She's a natural born innovator, marketing mason, thought leader and idea integrator. And she can do it all in XR.

When your professional career has been steeped in Advertising, Sustainability and Mixed Reality, you see the world through a different lens -- literally.

Dana Xavier Dojnik is a purpose-driven and entrepreneurial marketer, speaker and strategic advisor for XR and multiverse solutions. Her passion for immersive technologies has kept her on the leading edge of AR/VR and MR since their early inception, and while she spent years in traditional advertising and corporate marketing roles, she has remained fixed on the technological horizon to find better ways of bringing people and brands together.

“Unique XR initiatives and Web3 are changing social behavior and consumerism.”

“I see that companies focused on purpose, people and profit are creating deeper connections with consumers, doing more for the communities with which they work, attracting and retaining talent, and ultimately, achieving greater results and impact,” explains Dana.

Advising her clients to stay ahead of these shifts has led her to develop strategies, systems, and even facilities that reshape how industries approach design, training and testing ideas to nurture community-driven solutions to business challenges. Her secret sauce: Idea Integration.

“I believe listening to our communities and inviting their collaboration is key, and that personal engagement is vital for creating inclusive, enriching communities and enhancing culture.”

Innovative Roots

With over 20 years of experience connecting the dots in corporate, consulting, nonprofit, and community development, Dana touts a track record of driving innovative digital transformations for clients including REI, IHG, AT&T, Liz Claiborne, IBM/The Weather Channel, Porsche, Ford, Change.org, and the UPS Foundation. Her insatiable curiosity moves people and projects beyond the obvious, and she has made a career of challenging and advising brands on moving their communities and culture forward through immersive experiences.

Her latest success was building a regenerative and sustainable ecosystem at CreateATL - a community and impact accelerator space in SW Atlanta where “tech, hope and community flourish together.”

Her M-Shaped Journey

Originally from Harrison, New York, Dana’s journey has taken her from communication studies at the University of Rhode Island to Graphic Arts and Design at the Connecticut Institute of Art, to working in the Big Apple, and onward to becoming a Georgia Peach.

Today she sits on the Invest Atlanta Creative Industries Fund Advisory Board, is a" founding member of Women in XR Atlanta and 6x century cyclist. Dana’s also a sought-after speaker at conferences like SXSW, PRSA, Social Fresh, Women In Technology (WIT), General Assembly, and has performed keynotes at various educational and corporate client events.

When Dana’s not busy trailblazing new creative technologies she’s a foodie at heart, and she has a thirst for knowledge and passion for serving others. She’s always on the hunt for new ATL eateries, celebrating local events, traveling to new places, and pursuing volunteer efforts for local charities with her husband and two children.

Dana, we don’t know how you do it all, but we are so proud to have you on the SGWX team!
